The Company:

Here is a brief overview of how Weather Shore Windows has evolved over the past two decades:

1991 - began as a manufacturer of vinyl windows in Trepassey, Newfoundland. The company was incorporated this same year.

1992 –commenced production of custom vinyl casement windows.  As demand for vinyl windows grew the company did as well and it began to produce all types of windows including single hung, horizontal sliders, awnings and other various window styles.

1994 - The company expanded and installed state of the art glass fabrication equipment in order to produce high quality sealed glass units.

1997 - Registered as part of IGMAC Insulated Glass Manufacturers Alliance of Canada

2001 - Expanded as it opened a sales office in St. John’s, Newfoundland. The sales office in St. John’s is multi-faceted as it houses a show room, distribution center and ultimately it increases accessibility to main distribution routes and allow better service to our customers.

2002 - Joined the ENHBA :Eastern Newfoundland Home Builders Association Joining ENHBA was a key way for Weather Shore Windows to proudly to support the construction industry in Eastern Canada.

2006 – Royal Spectra Coat was introduced to give customers another option within the industry.  Another facility was purchased in Trepassey to house production for this new and exciting product.

2010 – Collaborated sales office and manufacturing facility to one location.  Opened new sales office and show room to 77 Blackmarsh Road, St. John's.

2011 – Celebrated 20 years in the window industry.
